Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026
Plain summary. CryptoAlertly watches public market prices and emails you when they cross the levels you choose. It is an information tool, not financial advice, and it never touches your money, wallets or exchange accounts. You can cancel any time.

1. Who we are

This service is operated by CryptoAlertly ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

CryptoAlertly lets you build a watchlist of cryptocurrencies and publicly traded shares, set price levels, and receive notifications by email and inside the website when a level is crossed. We also publish free educational material and host a community question board.

We read publicly available market data from third-party providers. We do not connect to your wallet, exchange or brokerage account, we cannot place trades, and we never hold or move your funds.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not a broker, an exchange, or a licensed investment adviser. The educational guides, the strategy simulator, alerts and any community content are provided for information only.

Markets are volatile and you can lose money. Every decision you make with the information we provide is your own decision and your own responsibility. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not share your login.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

5. Plans, billing and taxes

We offer a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice, which will never affect a period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute or scrape the service or its data;
  • attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • use the community to post spam, referral links, abuse, or content that is unlawful or that impersonates someone else;
  • present anything from this service as licensed financial advice.

We may remove community content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service running and alerts timely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every alert will arrive, on time or at all. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Email delivery depends on networks and inbox providers outside our control.

Do not rely on this service as your only source of market information, and do not use it as the sole trigger for time-critical financial decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including from a missed, delayed or inaccurate alert.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we discontinue a paid service, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell registered users by email or by a notice in the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
