1. Free plan
The free plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can try the service properly before paying anything.
2. Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- Sign in and open Account.
- Choose Manage billing, which opens the secure billing portal.
- Cancel the subscription there.
You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account returns to the free plan automatically. Your watchlist, alerts and settings are not deleted, they simply follow the free plan limits again.
If you cannot reach the portal for any reason, email us and we will cancel it for you.
3. Refunds
14-day refund. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Beyond 14 days, subscription payments for a period already served are normally non-refundable, because you had access to the service during it. We will still refund in fairness when:
- you were charged after you had already cancelled;
- you were charged more than once for the same period;
- the service was substantially unavailable for a long stretch of your billing period;
- you forgot to cancel and had not used the service in that period. Tell us and we will look at it sympathetically.
4. How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account and include the approximate date of the payment. That is all we need to find it.
We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days, which is their timing, not ours.
5. Who processes the refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Payments, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled through Paddle. Any sales tax or VAT charged is refunded together with the payment.
You may also contact Paddle directly about a charge, using the receipt they emailed you.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. If your local law gives you a longer cancellation or withdrawal period than the 14 days above, that longer period applies.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, we give at least 30 days' notice by email. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
